Women’s College Officials,
This coming 2024 - 2025 college freestyle wrestling season the NAIA and NCWWC are requiring our officials to complete a college rules test in order to officiate during the upcoming college freestyle season. The test will ask questions specific to NAIA and NCWWC, the USAW Rule Book along with video review questions. Clarifications on Combined Women's Divisions Competitions
1. Host school rules will apply to the competitions
2. NAIA athletes are not required to wear headgear at NCAA competitions
3. NAIA rules follow the USAW rules for Freestyle with some modifications
listed beginning on page 4 of the above Coaches Manual.
In the rare circumstance that a team member is ejected (issued a Red Card) from a competition, the ejection must be reported to the Women's Collegiate Officiating Committee by clicking on the below button within 48 hours of the event's completion.
Additionally, if the ejection involves an NAIA team it must also be reported to the NAIA, using their form below, within the same time frame.
This form must be filled out within 48 hours of the ejection with the NAIA.
