The evaluation process is now on line through the Membership system.
When Mat assignments are emailed out through the Membership System, all assigned X or Y Officials will have a link at the bottom of the email that says “Evaluate Officials” this will allow you to evaluate M3, M2 and M1C Mat Officials.
The electronic evaluation can be completed on your phone, tablet or PC. These can be completed during or after each and every session and is one of the responsibilities you have as an X or Y mat leader . Once submitted the evaluator and the Evaluated Official will receive a confirmation email with a copy of the completed Evaluation.
